• Booking information. When you schedule a call through Calendly, you provide name, email, and other details required to book the meeting. Calendly processes and stores that information.
• Embedded content interactions. Pages such as the Newsroom may embed content from YouTube, Spotify, and Substack. Those platforms may collect viewing or listening data according to their own terms.

How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

Information submitted through JotForm or Calendly is retained according to those platforms' retention policies and is kept only as long as needed to respond to the request or fulfill the service. If you would like information about you deleted, contact us using the details below and we will work with the relevant provider to honor the request within a reasonable timeframe.

SMS / text message program

If you opt in to receive text messages from Ronnell Richards through our text updates page, we collect and store the mobile phone number you provide, the exact consent language you agreed to, the date and time of consent, your IP address, and your browser user agent. This information is stored solely as a record of your consent, as required by U.S. telecommunications regulations (TCPA) and mobile carrier guidelines.

Program description. The program sends occasional messages including sales insights, event and speaking invites, and notifications about new content (such as podcast episodes and articles).

Message frequency. Up to 4 messages per month.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Ronnell Richards does not charge you to receive these messages.

Opt-out and help. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. Once you send STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts.

No sharing or selling. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly to send the messages you have requested.

More about retention

SMS opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to demonstrate proof of consent should it be required. You may request deletion of your opt-in record at any time using the contact options below.

Your choices

You can:

• Disable cookies in your browser at any time.
• Use browser tools or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to limit tracking.
